I was not overly impressed with the roadside service agents that I reached on the call number.
Trying not to sound 'phobic', I would rather deal with people that speak English. It was quite difficult trying to understand your agents and communicate to them exactly what I needed.
We finally got to a satisfactory ending, but I found the entire interaction to be rather frustrating and difficult to convey what I needed and finding the location of my vehicle while trying to obtain service.
I was in a totally unfamiliar area when I called to obtain help. It was quite an....experience trying to communicate what and where I needed assistance.
The towing service that was eventually sent was GREAT! Much quicker than I was told by the agents. Very informative and helpful.
