1. I am unable to access my Allstate online account, despite assistance from the Allstate help desk. I use the "direct" online method to pay my bill. At least they have kept that option.

I receive "information" marked as coming from my local Allstate representative that is actually from an automated Allstate server that is flagged by my Email security system as a bogus sender source, and I must deal with the Email manually, wasting my time for an issue that is usually wrong. Not only is the representative in the dark about my calls and messages about the automated Allstate messages, but I get erroneous messages such as "your credit card is about to expire" -- and it's not, as it was replaced several months ago. I do not want Allstate to have my credit card information, as this means they will lose it, as many other firms have. I prefer not to use automated CC payment methods anyway due to the significant number of system errors. This time it came up" in automated auto CC payment mode, which is disheartening..
