My experience dealing with this insurance company has been the worst I have ever had. I was previously insured with Allstate before switching to a more affordable provider. However, after going through this situation and having to deal with Allstate as the other party’s insurer, I am convinced that I would not return to them. Their response team was evasive, difficult to communicate with, and consistently failed to return my calls.

I have roof damage from hailstorm and awarded half roof repair. My next door neighbor (House 10 feet from mine) was awarded full roof repair as well as the several other houses on my street. I am the only one with half roof.
Disappointed with roof repair settlement. I have had Allstate Homeowner insurance for 54 years without a claim. Allstate is in the business of attracting new members rather than loyalty to dedicated old members.
