Insufficient. We have asked our agent repeatedly for policy coverage cards for our wallets that we could easily pull out and show the police if they stop us and ask for our insurance coverage. After repeated request, we finally got some this last year, but I recently noticed that those cards are now expired and I’ve been carrying around expired cards for three months. No replacement cards were forthcoming and so I have to start the process of begging once again, this is insufficient service.
