From a young age, I knew I wanted to follow in my father’s footsteps and become an Allstate agency owner. My father, Steve Westrick, opened his first Allstate agency in 1986, and I grew up learning from his example—watching him work hard, build lasting relationships, and truly care for the customer. After graduating from Ball State University in 2005, I joined him in the business, and in May 2018, I proudly stepped into the role of agency owner. Today, I’m grateful to continue the family tradition with both my dad and my brother, Benjamin, working alongside me. Warsaw is a wonderful, tight-knit community, and it’s been a privilege to build strong relationships with the people we serve here.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Susan, and our four children—Luke, Libby, Abby, and Matthew. Staying active in the local faith community is very important to me, and I regularly support organizations that strengthen and serve our neighbors. Whenever possible, I participate in events that help earn Allstate Foundation Helping Hands grants to benefit causes close to home. In my free time, I enjoy golf, hiking, backpacking, and just about any outdoor adventure.
