I’ve been an Allstate representative since 1992 and opened this office in 1997. I worked in sales and underwriting before becoming an agency owner here in Wooster. From the start, it’s been important to me that customers have the information they need to choose the right coverage for their situation.

Most of my life has been spent in Ohio, and this community is special to me. I graduated from Hoover High School in North Canton and later went to the University of Toledo. I reside in Jackson Township with my husband, Ryan Parnell, who also has an Allstate agency in Medina. Together, we have three children, 2 rescue dogs, a pet turtle, and a chinchilla.

Helping people is the best part of my job. I enjoy reviewing coverage with people so they can learn to protect their families and belongings. My staff and I value customer service and look forward to meeting and working with you.
