I never received the insurance card for the **** Ford F**** truck that I have had liability insurance on it for a long t

I never received the insurance card for the **** Ford F**** truck that I have had liability insurance on it for a long time. It has not been licensed since **** but I still carry coverage on it. I have not got a registeration card from the DMV yet so I need proof of insurance for it to take to the DMV. I don’t drive it much at all but I need it licensed in case I have to haul something that won’t fit in the trunk of the car. Please send the insurance card as soon as possible to my address. Thanks
