No personal contact. Agency to me nor me to Agency. No feeling that the Agency is tracking the value of my home in respect to me carrying enough insurance to cover replacement. I would think that constant alerts would be coming my way, house values around me, house construction costs in my area, suggestions to increase my coverage or to decrease coverage and save money.
