Kenneth, you've spoken with my CSR Alejandra twice. We've conducted full policy reviews both times. We went over aspects to try and lower your premium. Unfortunately, we can't do that right now without increasing your deductibles. You agreed to stick with the coverages you have right now.

If you spoke to a male, you spoke with someone at the call center or another agency, and not a representative at my office. We left you a message today trying to reach you to clarify this.

Updated review:
I have been asked multiple times by this office to remove the review above; instead, I am updating it.

I had such a difficult time with my windshield claim, emailing back and forth with the Allstate Claims Dept and Safelite. When asked if I could speak with a live person, the response was that all inquiries were by email only. Not until leaving the original review above did I receive help from D. Worley’s office. JT promptly called to follow-up regarding the review and assisted me with the windshield claim and a new claim regarding rodent damage to some sensor wires. The help was greatly appreciated.

Josie, I'm sorry you had difficulties finding answers to your questions. The first step would be to contact our office, instead of the vendor & dealership. I read through the e-mail chain, and the issues arise from the dealership and the glass company giving you incorrect information. As soon as this reached my desk, a rep contacted you within 24 hours. Claims handled this immediately once they were notified.

We’ve been proactive in the past and reached out to you on a prior claim to ask you to contact an adjuster after they had unsuccessful attempts to reach you.

These reviews are for the agency, not the claims department. It's unfortunate that you left this for the agency after we informed you of this.
