Growing up in Knox County, he graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. With a strong attention to detail, Jay puts the emphasis on prioritizing customer service and protection. “Our agency is focused on helping customers protect themselves from life’s catastrophes and providing the best customer service available.” Jay studies the industry trends and he and his team are kept up to date and experienced on how to help the families they work with. Along with his wife, Lindsey, you can find Jay enjoying time on adventures with his three daughters, Megan, Ashlynn, and Josie. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jiujitsu black belt, Jay is also the co-founder of the local 501-3c non-profit, KiCKS (Knox County Kids Succeed). Jay and his team also enjoy assisting with Knox County's Giving Hope charitable organization. Active in the community, he is also the head coach of the girl's wrestling team at the Mount Vernon High School.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Ohio State University, She spent over 10 years in the Wellness industry.
