I had to call a second time and wait on someone to talk to. Your call system is horrible. With the system like that I’m surprised all state is still in business.

From the time I was transferred from Cassandra Williams agency to Derek Tortorich, though numerous attempts on my behalf, I never had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Tortorich. I have no idea who he is or his vision as it relates to his clients such as myself. I will say that I did speak with who I believe is an office manager last week with basic questions about my flood policy deadline. She was very helpful and professional.
