With all due respect to Dion and the team, my rates continue to increase year over year when I have had zero claims in over 20 years. Dion and the team are just fine- no complaints there. I would not recommend Allstate as a provider in general. The last time I inquired why my rates continue to increase (inquiry make with Mike K), the response was more or less, "that's just the way it is." Which is unacceptable from the consumer perspective. I know that if I shopped around that I could the same coverage for close to half of what I am paying Allstate. Lucky for you all that I am a loyal customer and too lazy to go through all the nonsense with a new provider.

I called the supposed direct phone number of my agent and still had go through Allstate's main number and get transferred a few times. Once I did get hold of my agent,he was very helpful. He also responded to an earlier e-mail very quickly. I have to say they are very reliable at my agency.
