Buying house and car insurance is expensive and can be overwhelming but is a must. Choosing the right insurance is a difficult decision and can be intimidating. Working with Doug and Karen was a great experience from the first phone call. I was at ease from the moment I walked into their office. Doug reviewed all my options in simple terms I could relate to. I was not pressured, and Doug explained everything to me to simplify the process and make the best decision for the best value. I left feeling relieved and confident in my decision, not only working with a great pair of agents, but also feeling like I gained a couple of friends in the process.
