I’ve been with Allstate for over 40 years. I’ve been with Mr. Nieves since the first Mr. Nieves retired. Mr. Nieves honestly has the best interests of his customers at heart. I absolutely trust him. I like him as a person. I have so many things that I have to keep up with. Allstate is not one of them. I pay my insurance payments and I don’t look back. I’m sure if there were something that needed my attention, that he would call me. Who has ever heard of someone with the same company and related agents for 44 years to be exact. If I could rate Mr Nieves alone, from 1-10, I would rate him 20. He is the reason I rated the company 10. Thank you.

It was the worst experience possible. Needed to add a vehicle to my policy. Phone clerk promised to have someone return
It was the worst experience possible. Needed to add a vehicle to my policy. Phone clerk promised to have someone return my call. They didn’t. I called back a few hours later just before closing and the phone clerk was annoyed that I wasn’t being patient enough for the return call. I phoned back again the next day and the phone clerk stated that if she said they’d call me back, they will. 5 days after my initial call and STILL no one has called me back. Been with this agency 35 years, but no longer. Taking all of my business elsewhere.
