Keep charging me the higher amount, even though I am on miles wise and I haven’t gone over my miles refuse to follow up and change that or explain it adequately. I understand that I am charged a base amount plus per miles but when I haven’t gone over my miles and haven’t used up enough of my funding to trigger the higher amount. I am left out on a limb without explanation. The math doesn’t add up. It seems deceptive and exploited.
