Firstly, the closing of my existing Insurance supplier was not executed (and I may have missed the need for actions on my part, at least partially) and I was not made aware that the transfer of insurance from one carrier to another needs to be communicated to PENNDOT since they only get the cancelation notice. I am working through that confusion now.
