In Belleview, everyone knows just about everyone else. It’s the place my family has called home since the 1880s. My office even sits right off Abshier Boulevard, named for my great-great grandfather.
My wife, Selena, and I have been married over 20 years and have four children. Cody, is serving in the Marine Corp, Austin and Callie are attending college, and Maci is attending Belleview High School. In my spare time, I’m a blueberry farmer. I own a seven-acre U-pick blueberry farm, Abshier Blueberry Farm. I’m also a member of the Belleview Rotary Club, the Belleview/South Marion Chamber of Commerce and the First Baptist Church of Belleview. I also mentor at-risk youth, which I find both humbling and eye-opening.
I’ve represented Allstate since September 1995 — a few years after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in risk management and insurance. My dad started this agency in 1990, and I still make house calls for customers because I believe in giving personal service. It’s part of why we consider our agency to be caring, compassionate and conscientious.
