Nothing against the agent but my rates keep going up despite zero tickets or accidents. I am retired and seldom drive so I don't understand the price hikes. But that's just want big companies do. They don't care about their customers and never reward safe driving or show any loyalty to established customers. Thanks for asking :-)

Hi Brenda, I did call the number you had left me VIA Email and it went straight to voicemail. I then reviewed your policy and emailed you that i did so and offered you suggestions on ways you could save money off of your polices like you were requesting. I also stated in that same email that if you have any questions or concerns to give us a call and we would be more than happy to help you out the best we can. I'm sorry that you are upset that I responded to your email via email after I attempted to call you.
