I began working in insurance immediately following college at a company in Washington who specialized in Fine Art Insurance. Things have certainly changed since then…computers have made processing your requests much easier and faster! After graduate school in San Francisco, I landed in the hospitality industry and spent many years with Westin Hotels and Resorts at the iconic St. Francis, and later Westin Michigan Avenue. I took time off to raise my two (now) teenage boys but stayed busy running Customer Service for the Kane County Cougars during the baseball seasons.
I joined Allstate several years ago in Customer Care and Customer Retention. I truly love coming to the office to talk with our team about how to do things better for customers.
