We had damage from a storm. I made a claim. First one in about 15 years. We had lightening/electrical damage and hail da
We had damage from a storm. I made a claim. First one in about 15 years. We had lightening/electrical damage and hail damage. Long story short. On the last conversation the adjuster called me a liar and said there was never a hailstorm in the area. In fact, there were actually 2 that hit our home just days a part. They have no idea what Arizona weather is like. Our storms can hit just blocks. There were at least 5 new roofs in my neighborhood put on just weeks after the storms hit. Train your people better. Be honest, not cons. I am searching for a new insurance comapany..
