The agents in the Lucero office have been very attentive. I had problems with Allstate not receiving my check and now I can go to their office and pay them or call them and pay with a credit card. They never make me feel like I'm asking too much . They are a great go between so I don't have to work for directly with Allstate. They are a pleasure to work with.

I stil request (every year) that Allstate does a better job of making it easier to see the differences between a renewal policy and expiring policy. Allstate should send a list of changes along with the renewal so I wouldn't need to do a line by line comparison to figure out what changed. I do not understand why Allstate would not want to do this to make it easier for customers. I have provided this feedback every year for over 20 years, but it never improves.

I was never notified that my original agent was leaving and just all of a sudden got notifications from a mad I didn’t recognize. After having had PUP insurance with Allstate for many years, last year I was told the policy was being cancelled because I didn’t have my car insurance with Allstate, only my homeowner and flood and earthquake policies. I was told ‘don’t worry, our agency will find you a stand alone policy with another company. That never happened! I find the current Allstate agency has very poor follow up.

I have not been able to get answers to questions or policy quotes I’ve requested. I was never notified when the previous agency was taken over and have yet to feel like I’m a valued customer. The previous agency was responsive and very helpful over the years but I haven’t felt any of that.
