Neglected!!!! Call agency and no return calls leave messages too questions about a claim over a month ago and again NO return call policy change or ith NO specifics just all around lack of customer service… was initially going to get not one but two homeowner policies but with a he lack of service that is not going to happen im 64 years old and in this day and age of everything being done on computers i understand the lack of personal contact but i think this agency has let me down tremendously!!! The disappointment will force me to seek another insurance agency or possibly legal help to have my claim settled

First, we would like to clarify that our agency did not write or issue the insurance policy referenced in your claim. As a privately owned agency, we assist clients with policy placement and general service matters, but claims handling and settlement decisions are managed solely by the insurance carrier.
Regarding your concerns about communication, our records indicate that your call was returned. Please note that all inbound and outbound calls to and from our agency are recorded, and we maintain detailed call logs for quality assurance and documentation purposes. Based on those records, there was no intentional failure to respond to your inquiries.
We understand that claim-related matters can be frustrating, particularly when there are delays. While we are not able to control the claim outcome or timeline, we remain available to help direct you to the appropriate claims department and provide general assistance where possible.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and assure you that we take all customer service concerns seriously. Should you wish to discuss this further, we encourage you to contact our office directly so we can address any remaining questions. As always, you are welcome to come in office and respectfully speak face to face if you prefer.

I’d like to clarify that the removal or change of discounts is determined by the insurance carrier, not our agency. While we manage your policy and assist with service and communication, we do not control underwriting rules or discount eligibility. These changes can occur due to factors such as carrier-wide policy updates, eligibility reviews, or rating adjustments made directly by the insurer.
That said, my role is to advocate for you. I am more than willing to review your policy in detail, confirm the reason for the discount change, and explore whether the discount can be reinstated or if there are alternative savings available.
