Hi Azeez, I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed. Losing a discount can be frustrating. In general, when home and auto insurance are bundled, a multi-policy discount applies. If the auto policy is canceled, that discount is removed from the home policy, which increases its premium.

There were lots of issues at the beginning while setting up my insurance. It was surprising though I had AllState sometime back and came back with same assets it mixed up my Primary home and Landlord policies for which I had to call multiple times to fix it. I was repeatedly told that all the details do not matter as long as the address is correct which made me wonder why so many questions are asked to setup the policy.

I’m very sorry for the initial errors and the frustration of having to call multiple times to get them resolved. The details of your policies absolutely do matter, and I’m also sorry if anything we communicated gave you a different impression.

I’m glad we were able to get everything corrected, but we should have gotten it right the first time. I have an amazing team, but when we make a mistake, I expect us to own it and fix it quickly as we did in your case.
