We have been with Allstate for many years first off. Now days, it feels like we just send you money via cc charge. Ther is no customer service or Allstate Agent contact. One of our previous Allstate agents would call if he could save us money, or if a policy needed review. We are retired and "many days" put zero miles on our cars. We aren't commuting daily and are home most of the time. Again, it just feels our agent does nothing for us really, unlike that one we had in the past. Why would I recommend this to anyone?

So many other big companies send you to a receptionist and they tell you they will get back to you and that usually the next day or longer. I normally like to do face to face but their reasonable price made up for that.
