My experience is almost nonexistent. I get an email once a year that my renewal is approaching. Absolutely no personal service. The website is a horror! My password never seems to work, I redo it, that doesn’t work , I just give up in frustration. I’m deeply disappointed in this company I thought it might be a bit more personal but no. My money is taken quickly each month but that’s about it. I’m sure this means nothing to the company and its agent. I will never suggest this insurance to anyone else.
