I came from State Farm to save money. Mission accomplished, but I can’t shake the feeling that everything is 2nd rate (billing, the app, included features, etc…). I was disappointed to find recently that roadside assistance is not included in my auto insurance, as I had been lead to believe. Customer service is acceptable when I call — I truly appreciate talking to a real, local person — so that’s nice. I hope that you’ll be first rate if/when I need to put in a claim.
