I figured the rental car i was driving would not be covered, but thought the claimants vehicle would be . My adjuster did not make it clear to me that the claimant's vehicle would not be covered it was not until I got a subrogation notice and had to call in to discover that the entire claim was denied I think the communication was very poorly handled
