Allstate is the worst insurance company I have ever been with. I've called corporate headquarters and they don't answer the phone. I've left messages and they don't respond by returning my call. The first insurance company that I have been with that continues to reject a claim by roofing companies to replace my roof. I am currently looking to change to another insurance company.
