My family is made up of my wife, Elizabeth, and our three children, Liza, Ally and Kate. In the community, I am a member of the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce. I also support the local Habitat for Humanity. During my time off, I enjoy relaxing with my family, tennis, running and biking.

Cancelled my auto policy over the phone, as required, and confirmed with my agent that I was paid up and did not need to make any further payments. Then received a letter from a collection agency and a 20 point drop in my credit score because there was an outstanding balance needing to be paid from a change in coverage the month prior to cancelling that the agent failed to notice or see on his end when I confirmed that I did not need to pay anything else. I would recommend allowing cancellation online so that customers can get a final invoice automatically generated and have an accurate idea of final balances instead of requiring a phone call to speak with an agent who may or may not take an extra moment to review the account to ensure accurate information is given.
