I became an Allstate agent in 2015 following a career in funeral service. My desire to serve customers has always been at the heart of what I do. I was drawn to become an Allstate agent because it gave me an opportunity to be a small business owner. And, as a longtime Allstate customer, I wanted to follow in the footsteps of my former agent, whose values are similar to mine.

There would be no place for my office other than Arlington. I’ve been an Arlington resident since 1992 and I attended the University of Texas at Arlington before completing my studies at the Dallas Institute of Funeral Services. I’ve witnessed a lot of growth over the years and it’s a city that I love.

My wife and I have two daughters, both Lamar High School students and members of the drill team. We spend a lot of our time volunteering, not only for the city, but also for Arlington Independent School District.

I have not heard not a word from anyone since I changed my car and home insurances to All State last July until it was time to renew my auto in January of this year.I had opted to pay the full premium on both policies last July and when I did not get a timely notice of renewal of the auto policy, I reached out to Daniel Hewitt to inquire about it as he was my initial contact with All State. He did not respond , but eventually, I did get notification of renewal of auto. So it is hard to give a rating one way or the other, since I have nothing to go on in order to do that. I think I remember speaking to Javier once. That alone confused me because I wrote the policy with Daniel, whom I would have given a 10 rating at the time. Thankfully, I have not had any need to file a claim at all, and hope that will continue.
