My name is Jay LaSalle, and I opened my Allstate agency in Phoenix in 2004 after living in California for 12 years. With passions in both financial services and helping others, pursuing a career in the insurance industry was the right move for me, both professionally and personally. I enjoy helping customers as they make decisions that help protect what matters most: their family, home, car and boat.
When I’m not working, my free time is consumed with family and sports. On weekends, I coach baseball and flag football for my oldest son’s teams. My wife, three kids and I spend time at the local community center, swimming and playing on the playground. I volunteer at the Cheyenne Traditional School and St. Patrick’s Church. I’m also a huge fan of the Phoenix Suns and the Arizona Cardinals, and as an alumnus of the University of Arizona, I take an annual trip to Tucson to watch a Wildcats game.
When it comes to my work representing Allstate, I aspire to leave a legacy with as much impact as my father’s. My father, Jim LaSalle, taught for 40 years at the University of Arizona and is now Professor Emeritus. He is the most well-liked and respected person anyone could meet. He cares about people and always strives to make the right decisions. Rarely a day goes by without a former student of his approaching me to remark, “I hear you’re Dr. LaSalle’s son. That must be so great having him as your dad.”
