The original agency apparently went out of business and was not available for the policy renewal. I called a phone numb
The original agency apparently went out of business and was not available for the policy renewal. I called a phone number on the policy statement that was out of our area only to be told that the new agency only accepted payments electronically. After quite a conversation and the potential loss of my business the new agency, located in West Chester Ohio, reluctantly provided an address for me where she thought my payment might be accepted.

I would not recommend this company to anyone unless and until you correct your very poor business model. If I have the same issue this Fall at the usual renewal time, I will not be using your company any longer.
