I have been an Allstate customer for several years. Despite submitting no claims, my insurance rates have gone up significantly every year. I switched from another company to Allstate years ago when they started doing the same thing. I have had to greatly increase my deductible on my home insurance to keep the premium affordable. This is an unacceptable burden. I live on a fixed income and can’t afford to keep paying higher rates every year. I am giving serious thought to switching to another insurance company.
