Since opening my agency in Acworth in 1997, I’ve been committed to providing exceptional customer service to a community that I truly cherish. My passion for helping people has always driven me, and it's incredibly fulfilling to assist friends and neighbors in finding the right coverage to protect what matters most to them.

Before becoming an Allstate agent, I proudly served in the United States Navy for nine years, during which I pursued my education at Georgia Military College and earned an associate’s degree in general studies with a focus on math. This background instilled in me a strong sense of dedication and attention to detail that I bring to my agency every day.

Community involvement is a core value for me. I have volunteered at Kennestone Hospital and contribute monthly to Tunnels to Towers, supporting their mission to aid veterans and first responders. Being a resident of Acworth since 1996, I’ve come to know and love the unique spirit of our town.

Outside of the office, I stay active by working out at the local gym and indulging my adventurous side through flying, hiking, riding through the mountains, and frequenting seasonal festivals. Family time is a priority, and I cherish every moment spent with my wife, kids, and grandkids.

You have been with Allstate and me for 43 years. I did note that you had an auto policy terminate for frequent non-payments and unable to re write for 12 months recently. If it is something my office did please contact me. I would like to learn so we do not do it in the future to anyone,

My son graduates college this year and has a job in another state lined up this summer. Jeff scheduled time to talk to my son about car insurance options and things he should consider as he starts his life and career in another state. I would say that is far above my expectations and an example of the great service we get from Jeff and his team.

Hi Melissa, thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with claims and pricing which is out of my control. I have spent many hours on your claim with the adjuster and best I can tell, the reason your claim took so long was because 1. you did NOT use a Pro Contracter to get your work completed which was fine. The only issue with you hiring your own was that you would fire them for one reason or another. I know for a fact claims bent over backwards to try and accomidate you consistantly. I hope your new company will be able to help you out.

I have been with Allstate many years and the experience has not been good. I had to pay to have my new roof. My Allstate agent told me you all do not cover roof period. Everything that happens to my home I have to pay. My insurance goes up yearly

Hi Regina, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I see some inacuracies in your review. I NEVER said the roof was not covered. The claims department decides that. It is depending on the claim, age of roof and damage done. I have tried to call you 3 times and left messages asking you to call me so we can talk about this and see if I can help in anyway. We have been together for 30 years and have always tried to help you when you needed it willing to go above and beyond to be there for you. Feel free to call me to explore your issues.
