I've never spoken with my so called agent Jen when I tried to call her I got an Asian guy with a very heavy accent didn't have a clue what I was calling about and absolutely insisting I was being charged late payment fee for 18.32 which is very funny considering I payedahead of time like I usually do. The 18.32 was taken out of my account and I did not give permission for that to happen.
