My experience was exceptional from my initial call to the Sonoma office. Fatima was instrumental in making our move from out of state for all of our insurances needs professionally effortless. Her business prowess was front and center as she expertly discussed all of my options in detail and answered all of my questions. She was swift emailing proposals. Even more swift following up with a phone call to discuss how I wished to move forward. She guided me through the process and she set up my account and policies in advance so once we arrived in Sonoma all I had to do was make a phone call to her, make payment and our coverage was initiated. Everything she said she would do, she did. Insurance alone with adding on a big move can be stressful. Fatima made it seamless with her extreme knowledge, kind warmth and authentic customer care.
