I opened my Allstate agency on Feb. 1, 2017. Though I don’t live in the community, I feel closely connected to it, having graduated from Manchester Community College in 2010.
The town of Manchester is special to me because there are several small-business owners here, many of whom I’ve gotten to know on a personal level. I’ve helped them with their unique insurance needs, and there’s a degree of understanding when working with someone who also started their business from the ground up.
Giving back to the community is one of my favorite parts of being an Allstate agency owner. I regularly hire interns from Manchester Community College to afford them the same opportunity I had while attending. Our office also loves Dunkin’ Donuts Park in Hartford, and we’ve volunteered there for an Allstate-sponsored event that helped raise awareness for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We’ve also participated in Walk MS and Ride for 155, a memorial ride sponsored by the South Windsor Police Department.
My agency is unique in that we’re a family-run business. Our insurance roots date back to my grandfather, Daniel Raymond, who was the driving force behind my association with Allstate. Both of my sisters, Jaclyn and Jaylene, work closely with me, as an Office Manager and Licensed Sales Professional. I’m truly lucky to work so closely with them. My fur baby, Bella, who I adopted from the Windsor Animal Shelter, is our office mascot and regularly comes to work with me.
I’d describe my entire team as high-energy, diligent and dedicated to customers. We’re willing to go above and beyond to help customers feel satisfied with their personalized care. We’re here to help you with your insurance needs and look forward to meeting you soon!
