I was very pleased with your response to fixing my car. I was disappointed with Gerber who fixed the car. My damage was minor, so I thought the repairs would be quick. I took my car in on a Monday and rented a car for myself that day and planned to return the rental on Friday. However, it was not until the following Wednesday that my car was ready for pick-up. They needed a minor part that was "coming from Columbia." That was what caused the delay.
