As an older person and someone not up to date on the phone and computer I would prefer to talk to a person to pay my bill and will from now on request that rather than having to try to keep up with a machine's directives. I have been a long time customer of Allstate, but I am no longer willing to go along with how difficult it is for me just to pay the bill. I don't think it's the agent's fault, but rather a corporate decision to phase out paperwork and I am now more inclined to find out if other companies are able to accommodate my needs. I have updated this now because my current problem has been resolved and I have always found this agent to be helpful.
