I am not very tech savvy and Jim and associates go out of their way to navigate the All state software for me in dealing with any problems of procedure I may encounter. In addition, Jim Craig always reviews my policies with me in an attempt to give me the best coverage for the best price as my lifestyle changes. I would highly recommend his services.
