We do want to clarify that our team has made several attempts over the past two years to connect with you regarding policy reviews and changes to your household. We reached out in September 2024 to schedule a review, and again when we were notified about changes involving the home, vehicles, and marital status. In situations like these, we’re required to review and sometimes adjust coverage to ensure everything is accurate and there are no gaps that could create serious issues at claim time.
Our intention has never been to overlook your financial well-being. In fact, policy reviews are exactly how we identify savings opportunities and make recommendations. We’re always happy to review discounts, coverage options, and ways to better structure your policies, but we do need to be able to connect with you to do that effectively.
