I like my insurance rate because with the bundle package I save money over what I’ve found elsewhere. However, what I would really like is for someone knowledgeable about insurance to sit down with me and review my coverages to make sure I’m adequately insured but without being overinsured. When I’ve broached that subject with representatives of this agency in the past, they didn’t seem interested or either they didn’t seem knowledgeable enough to perform such a review. And it seems like there is a lot of turnover in this agency as I seemingly rarely talk to the same person whenever I contact them. One of the main reasons I wanted to sign up with a local agency was to establish a personal relationship with a “neighbor” who I could develop trust with. That hasn’t happened unfortunately.
