I feel like every time I call I get a call center. I asked about landlord insurance and never heard back. When I did have an accident and needed to deal with someone I didn’t even have a claim rep and had to jump through hoops to get my money back. When I was in Golden Colorado I would talk to my agent all the time for both claims and questions on my policy and it was extremely personal. This feels like I’m just getting routed through different call centers with scripted answers in other countries. I just am not sure why I have an agent If it’s going all be automated and sent though relatively unhelpful cs teams.
