I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with Allstate has been extremely frustrating due to our agent Justin Parker. We have repeatedly requested simple Certificates of Insurance and it has been very difficult to get any response. I have called, texted, and emailed both his business email and personal number with no reply.

These are routine documents that other insurance providers can supply within minutes, yet with this office it has taken weeks and sometimes longer just to receive basic certificates. I have even sent follow up, examples and reminders and still received no communication. This lack of responsiveness has caused unnecessary delays and stress for our business.

Because of this ongoing issue, I cannot recommend this agency.
