My agency is about more than insurance. We are active in our community, volunteering in as a youth sports coach and board member. In addition, we support the TTSD Foundation, local schools, and area non-profits. I had a very disappointing experience with Allstate Insurance, and with this agent, and the customer service is extremely poor, and the agents seem to lack adequate knowledge.

They are very attentive and helpful while selling the policy, but after that, the level of service drops significantly, getting assistance becomes difficult, and overall, the support is not helpful at all. I would not recommend their services based on my experiences.
