John was very friendly and was just a phone call away when I first set up my new renters insurance. But once I was paid up for the year, he went silent. I had some questions about the policy discounts and how to achieve them, but never heard back from him. Felt like once the fish is on the boat, you forget about them and move onto the next catch. I’ve been with Allstate previously and was able to reach my other agent with relative ease. So I’m not sure what happened here.
