Giving back to this community is important to me. My agency supports the Corky Kell Classic, Crabapple Crossing Elementary School PTO and the Cool Kids’ Committee which strives to empower youth who face social challenges. I also received the 2017 Blue Ribbon Partnership Award.

While my direct interactions with the agency have been limited, they have consistently been pleasant and professional. My concerns are directed toward Allstate as a company. Nearly every renewal cycle, my rates have increased despite having no claims or changes on my part. It feels as though I am being penalized for broader corporate mismanagement and for the company’s obligation to cover losses from natural disasters affecting other policyholders. This experience has been deeply frustrating and has prompted me to begin exploring other insurance providers.
