I had an issue was with the claims adjuster. We played phone tag. After I missed the first phone call from her. I calle
I had an issue was with the claims adjuster. We played phone tag. After I missed the first phone call from her. I called back and left a voicemail. I left another voicemail (early in the day) letting her know that I would be home all day. I did not hear from her that day. When I did finally talk to her on the phone she was very short with me. She told me to turn the collision into my insurance company. I let her know that we were not at fault for the collision and my insurance company would not be paying for damages. I did not hear back from her again by phone.

I then received an email saying she was not able to get a hold of me by phone. After that, I just let her know that that’s the way I preferred to stay in touch because that was the only way I was able to talk to her.

I took the car to get an estimate. The body shop sent her all of the info she needed. I received an email letting me know the amount that they had settled on. She asked for my address and who I wanted the check made out to. Then I heard nothing. I emailed her back asking if she needed anything else. She replied that nothing else needed and a copy of the check. After a few weeks, l received a check.
