About Julie Hamon - Batavia Allstate Insurance Agent

"

The Batavia area is a wonderful place to live and work. Our community has kind, hardworking people that value family and faith. The location is great too – we're just a short drive from the Great American Ball Park, Paul Brown Stadium and Aronoff Center in Cincinnati.

As a certified Women Owned Small Business, my agency passionately supports local organizations that focus on benefitting and empowering women. We actively volunteer with I Have Wings Breast Cancer Foundation and support the Allstate Foundation Purple Purse. We also enjoy volunteering with the Safety Net Alliance of Clermont County and serving as members of the Clermont Chamber of Commerce.

After working as an executive within the financial services industry, I purchased my Allstate agency from my mom, the late Fran Breedlove, in 2014. Mom always stressed the importance of actively listening to customers to understand their specific situation and then helping them learn to choose coverages to protect the things that matter most to them. Her lessons have been invaluable and I strive to make her proud every day.

My team fully commits ourselves to providing the highest level of customer service. We're conveniently located on the corner of Eastgate Oaks Drive and Old State Route 74, next to the pizzeria. Please stop by or call today – we look forward to hearing your story.

The Allstate Foundation Helps YWCA of Greater Cincinnati

Batavia is stronger due to the efforts of the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati. I’m proud to volunteer for this organization and earn a $1,000 Allstate Foundation Helping Hands grant, which will help YWCA of Greater Cincinnati to empower women in our community.

Teaching Insurance at Williamsburg High School

We had a wonderful time teaching insurance during Mrs. King’s financial management and career and college readiness classes at Williamsburg High School. To help students understand how insurance works, our lesson included a fun simulation to teach them insurance basics and the importance of preparing for the unexpected. We loved answering the students’ questions and look forward to other ways to prepare our youth for the future!

National Crimes Victim’s Rights Week

To further the Allstate Foundation Purple Purse’s effort of supporting survivors of domestic violence, my agency donated two purple purses to the YWCA Greater Cincinnati House of Peace Shelter. During National Crime Victim’s Rights Week, the YWCA Greater Cincinnati House of Peace Shelter held raffles for the purple purses during the Annual Hamilton County Crime Victim’s Rights Week Luncheon and the Annual Clermont County Crime Victim’s Rights Week Luncheon to continue their work supporting survivors of domestic violence. Congrats to our lucky winners, and thank you to everyone who came out to learn how to make our community a better place!

Disaster Preparedness with Tri-State Community Organizations Active in Disaster

To help prepare the greater Batavia community for unexpected events, our team volunteered to teach a disaster preparedness class with Tri-State Community Organizations Active in Disaster at the American Red Cross Greater Cincinnati/Ohio River Valley Chapter office. We had a great time meeting new people in our community and answering their questions about homeowners insurance. We look forward to other opportunities to help local families learn to protect what matters most!

Win an Allstate Foundation Purple Purse!

In honor of National Crime Victim’s Rights Week coming up next week, my agency will donate two purple purses, designed by tennis champion and Purple Purse ambassador Serena Williams, to YMCA Great Cincinnati House of Peace Shelter. The YWCA Greater Cincinnati will hold raffles for these purses on April 10 during the Annual Hamilton County Crime Victim’s Rights Week Luncheon and April 12 during the Annual Clermont County Crime Victim’s Rights Week Luncheon. We encourage you to attend one of these luncheons where raffle tickets will be available for a chance to win your own purple purse and help support an amazing cause in our community!

Please contact our agency for more information on these events.

A Great Time at Fairytale Formals

We had a wonderful time at the Withamville Church of Christ’s Fairytale Formals dress resale on March 17 benefiting Mid-Western Children’s Home. We enjoyed meeting new people in our community and helping women find the perfect dress for upcoming special events. Whether you donated a formal dress or shopped at the resale event, thank you for supporting this wonderful cause in our community!

Teaching Insurance at Williamsburg High School

Our agency believes in preparing students for the future, which is we why volunteered to speed mentor at Williamsburg High School. The students were great, and it was wonderful to answer their questions. We’ll be heading back to Williamsburg High School on April 11 to teach insurance during their financial management and college readiness courses. We are looking forward to helping students understand the importance of insurance!

Teaching Insurance at Batavia High School

Our agency believes in preparing students for the future, which is we why volunteer to instruct students about insurance in Batavia High School’s personal finance classes. Join Us At Fairytale Formals!

We invite you to join us at the Withamsville Church of Christ’s Fairytale Formals formal dress resale event on March 17 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. The event will feature a variety of gently used formal dresses perfect for prom, weddings and other special events. The proceeds from this event will support the Mid-Western Children’s Home. We hope to see you there!

Remembering Our Beloved Friend

Fran, we miss you deeply. You inspired us to smile brightly, laugh often and work hard, but never take life too seriously. You taught us to take care of each other and the Batavia customers we serve. With your memory leading the way, we will honor you by upholding your standard of excellence. You’re gone too soon. With love, The Julie Hamon Agency and staff.

Speed Mentoring at Clermont Northeastern High School

Our agency believes in preparing students for a bright future. To support the Work Readiness Initiative of the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce, we participated in the organization’s speed mentoring event at Clermont Northeastern High School. The Chamber of Commerce needs more volunteers to help high school students achieve their dreams. We love the opportunity to mentor our next generation of leaders and invite you to do the same. To volunteer, please contact Susan McHugh, Program Director, at susanmchughmail@gmail.com.

A Great Time at Bridal Affair!

Our agency enjoyed participating in the Cincinnati Bridal Affair Wedding Show on January 13. This event featured many local vendors who look to help future brides plan their weddings. We loved meeting new people in our community as they discussed coverage options for their life at our booth, and we enjoyed hearing the brides' stories!

High School Speed Mentoring – Volunteers Needed!

Our agency believes in preparing students for the future. To support the Work Readiness Initiative of the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce Foundation, we will be participating in the organization’s speed mentoring events at local high schools, including Batavia High School, Clermont Northeastern High School and Goshen High School. The Clermont County Chamber of Commerce Foundation needs more volunteers to help high school students to achieve their dreams. To volunteer, please contact Susan McHugh, Program Director, at susanmchughmail@gmail.com.

A Great Time Trunk-or-Treating!

Our agency loved helping out with Halloween events in the community. On October 27, we volunteered at Amelia Elementary School’s trunk-or-treating event. We also had fun at Withamsville Church of Christ’s Kid Fest on October 28, where enjoyed an evening of trunk-or-treating, food and games.
