I’ve lived in the Phoenix area for most of my life and attended local schools, Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Scottsdale for grade school and Xavier College Preparatory for high school. I received my business degree from Northern Arizona University and then went on to Pepperdine University for my MBA. Afterwards, I moved back to Scottsdale where I opened my Allstate agency.

My father, Jim Jakubek, was an Allstate representative for 34 years. Our careers overlapped for about five years, after I started my agency and prior to him retiring in 2001. In 2014, I moved my agency from Scottsdale to Phoenix, where I purchased in Arcadia a free standing, mid-century modern building.

Many people come to the Phoenix area between October and April, when the weather is fabulous! Visitors come and enjoy hiking, biking, golf and the sun in our region. Community is essential to me, and I donate my time, talent and treasures. Giving back is important for me and my family.

As a board member since 2010, I believe in the mission of the Arizona Council of Economic Education (ACEE) which is to reach and teach every Arizona student to become financially and economically responsible in work and play. Also, I’m a member of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and the Phoenix Better Business Bureau. I support several other local nonprofits, including Fresh Start Women's Foundation, St. Mary’s Food Bank and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, to help underprivileged citizens who have fallen on hard times.

Every day as an Allstate representative is different, interesting and sometimes challenging. My goal is to learn something new every day, even after being in business after all this time. I enjoy helping people and assisting them in finding the protection that best fits their life. My favorite part of my career is empowering my team and the customers we serve.
